If your child usually attends a meeting, but can’t make it for any reason, please log-in to OSM and mark your child as “Informed Absence” which will update our register and let the section leaders know or the absence.
Subs are paid to cover rent, organisation membership and insurance and not just the costs for a specific evening, payment is collected whether your child is able to attend a specific meeting or not.
Most uniform is available from our District Scout Shop (which is currently closed due to restrictions on face-to-face Scouting). You can buy uniform online via the main Scouts Shop.
For Hart Plain specific items, such as our black polo shirt or your Hart Plain member scarf (available in adult and young person sizes), please contact us via email@example.com.
